However, the team had no framework for evaluating enterprise versus non-enterprise tools, no documented use cases, and no understanding of where Generative AI outputs required human verification. Without this foundation, the client risked inconsistent adoption and missed opportunities to responsibly scale AI.
Solution: Stakeholder Interviews, Seminars, And An Adoption Framework
bPrescient conducted stakeholder interviews with key leaders to capture goals and concerns, then designed and delivered three live, one-hour seminars covering effective prompt construction, review of AI outputs, and the tradeoffs between enterprise and non-enterprise Generative AI. Seminar content was tailored using real, client-relevant use cases and reinforced with a ‘cheat sheet’ of tips for everyday use. bPrescient also drafted an initial operating framework for enterprise Generative AI adoption, compiled a documented inventory of use cases surfaced across interviews and seminars, and produced a high-level draft roadmap for a subsequent phase which identified additional use cases.
